Norway will pass the test

Dear friends,

Following the horrible attacks Friday 22.07 on AUF, the Labour Party youth organisation, and government buildings in Oslo, the enormous outpouring of international support not least from our sister parties have given us strength and hope. We are very grateful for all the letters of condolence and support that we have received, and the letters are all being forwarded to Prime Minister Stoltenberg or other addressees. Yesterday, the Norwegian people took the streets back by joining in peaceful gatherings to honour the victims. In Oslo, more than 200.000 participated. In other cities the numbers were also enormous.
